Shipping policy

Please be aware that all orders are processed within 2 business days (NOT including weekends, sales or holidays).

Orders ship within 2-3 business days after purchase.
Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.
All orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Spoil Bratz Boutique is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost or stolen and unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date. This also goes for items PICK UP'S. If I receive any authorization from the buyer to give a package/item to someone else other than the buyer (THIS INCLUDES UBER/LYFT or any relative) I am no longer responsible for that item.

Please note when returning your item for store credit you will need to pay for shipping. We are NOT responsible for the cost of shipping when returning any item back to us.

Spoil Bratz Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. All domestic shipping has insurance Through USPS.
